By default the directory leads with the breeders this community has vouched for: Verified profiles first, then by customer review score.

A review score is weighted by how much evidence sits behind it, so one five-star review does not outrank a long track record of happy customers. A breeder who has not been reviewed yet is treated as neutral rather than poor — new breeders appear in the middle of the list, not at the bottom.

Consistently poor ratings move a profile down the list, and out of the featured selection on the home page. It never removes anyone from this directory or from search: every breeder stays findable, and sorting by name or by newest will always show you all of them.
