By purchasing or enquiring about any animal from ProHerp Exotics, you accept that all reptiles are sold as-is with no guarantees on temperament, size, color, sex (unless clearly stated), fertility, feeding habits, breeding potential or long-term health. While animals are believed to be healthy and feeding at the time of sale, reptiles are sensitive to stress and care changes, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide proper housing, heating, humidity, feeding and veterinary support. All sales are final, and refunds or returns will not be offered except at our sole discretion.
