ProHerp Exotics Disclaimer By purchasing or enquiring about any animal from ProHerp Exotics, you accept that all reptiles are sold as-is with no guarantees on temperament, size, color, sex (unless clearly stated), fertility, feeding habits, breeding potential or long-term health. While animals are believed to be healthy and feeding at the time of sale, reptiles are sensitive to stress and care changes, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide proper housing, heating, humidity, feeding and veterinary support. All sales are final, and refunds or returns will not be offered except at our sole discretion. Transport and courier arrangements are made entirely at the buyer’s risk and cost, and legality of ownership must be confirmed by the buyer before purchase. Any advice we provide is shared in good faith from experience and does not replace professional veterinary or legal guidance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disrespectful or disruptive behavior, and by completing a purchase you agree to indemnify ProHerp Exotics against any claims, losses or consequences arising from the animal or its sale.
